Archives1 Staff member Aug 15, 2024 #3 Unfortunately I do suffer from FI. I use Sudocrem, a zinc barrier cream, after every bowel accident. In answer to your question @dalexwitte I use it all over the "exit", both outer and inner edges, as this is where I have the worst discomfort.
