Continent and new PSA

Three and half years since radical prostatectomy and PSA was still undetectable today at my appointment. Also I now consider myself continent as long as. I don’t drink too much coffee, let myself get dehydrated or drink too much before bed time. When I say drink, I don’t mean alcoholic drinks. Haven’t done that for 36 years.

@DWLCPAJD , yes I had a very good surgeon in TN at Vanderbilt. But no to the kegels. I’m lazy that way.

@DWLCPAJD I was mostly continent by 6 months, still wearing a pad at times and had to be careful about liquid intake. it took about another year before I would consider myself to be continent. I still have to be careful with liquid intake a few hours before bedtime.
