Confused/how to manage

Damp

I may have read some posts addressing this issue, if so I aplogize. My incontinence is so unpredictable that I find it difficult to decide what approach I should take. There are days and nights that I stay dry, then there are other days and nights that I may have 2-3 wetting episodes. These can be quite significant. I never can decide in the morning if I should just put on a diaper just in case, or take my chances. It seems like quite a waist to throw away an unused diaper.

I just got samples from Incontrol. What I found was that I really like their plastic back velcro diapers. They are a lot like the discontinued XP5000 I tried for a bit. The Velcro makes it easy to undo one side to go to the bathroom. They also hold up well, so I can take an unused one off, shower, and then put it back on with no problem.

Also, they offer free samples now with free shipping so never hurts to try something new.
