Clamps or Dribble Stops

I have tried them but no luck always needing pads or pull-ups. I also found it to be very uncomfortable to wear. The only time I use it is if out and don’t want the possibility of someone noticing I’m in a diaper.

@thudson1965 Thanks for the good/informative article on penile clamps. We would all like for the wet to go away. (I'm 14 years out from prostatectomy.) The clamp with the "dimple" sounds good. WE MUST NOT CUT OFF BLOOD FLOW FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. I don't trust any device to be that accurate in clamping the urethra-ONLY. If the skin turns dark or blue, the penile blood has depleted its oxygen and MUST BE REPLACED! (I'm not a medic-anything but I know that much.) The clamp should help and not injure. I use a clamp for a few minutes at a time (going to the bathroom, getting out of bed, or standing up.) I know about the bouts of discouragement and sometimes: depression. But giving up is not in my encyclopedia. We can be encouraged when we have done our best with what we know. We can be encouraged to know that sometimes God will do the unusual. I have been healed suddenly a couple of times and witnessed several healings. But if not, there are a zillion things to be thankful for. The Apostle Paul set a good example for us.

The dimple thing is kind of a joke I think. I don't know about 30 minutes to an hour. I leave mine on for 2-3 hours all the time. And then just unclamp for a minute to relieve myself. Wear it most of the day, although never at night. Never any discoloration or other problem. The ED meds say see a doctor after a 4 hour erection. That's because there is no blood exchange while the erection is constant and they're comfortable with 4 hours. So I'm not worried about 2 or 3 hours. YMMV.
