I have oab from a head injury and injured urethra. A normal day for me is unpredictable and has been for a number of years. My symptoms have always been minor dripping and accidents (usually with a short amount of urge, but no pain), some severe, but never enough to overwhelm whatever brief I may be wearing. (Some brands don't warrant the trust that they might be okay for another episode, but I keep a change with me wherever I am.) Today, though, I am experiencing an almost constant drainage, and no urge. Can anyone tell me if this is a normal progression of this problem, or if maybe it's just an anomaly? Thanks for any insight.
