Blood in urine four weeks post op

After minimal bleeding after removal of catheter two weeks ago I'm suddenly seeing blood again. This is occurring at start of peeing and at the end of the pee.The blood is quite bright red. There seem to be like little red bits in my pull up pants. Would these be remnants of blood clots being ejected from my body?

You need to contact your urologist about this issue. I only had blood in my urine for a day and a half after surgery and none when the catheter was removed.
