Bit of an UGH moment!

It is a good thing that I have great parents. I was talking to my mom today and realized that I have not order diapers this month as I had a few bags left. Well I did not really look to see just how much I have and it is a good thing I alway keep extra stuff around even if not sutable to wear out of the house.

My mom might have to come while I am in the hospital and put stuff in my house once I order and She even said that I might be able to have stuff sent to my room at the hospital if need be.

I have a full three bags of Better dry and a few Abena L4's so I should be okay unless they keep me more than a week. I am getting everything finalzed for packing so I just hope that I have enough good stuff for the Hospital.


I just have to order stuff as soon as I have an idea when I will be home. UGH. I never let myself get this low but I was expecting it to be later this year before they got me in for this surgery.

Nothing I can do about it now.

Make me miss being in Florida were I had a store within 45 minutes that carried Abena L4's in stock.

I go in for surgery tomorrow at noon. I think I have enough and I have a plan if not as I have the money to order but have to have someone to either get them or I can get them shipped to the hospital.

I also wish you well in surgery.

You may wish to discuss with your medical team all aspects of your surgery. Get as many details as you can and, don't be afraid to ask "personal" questions. Additionally, you might consider Medline Ready Bath Bathing Cloths or Nurture Valley Bathing Wipes. These can help to refresh you during an extended hospital stay.

That's good because it's been my experience that Hospital diapers are crap

I wish you all the best for your surgery. I am glad for you that your mom is so supportive.

My suggestion is that you immediately order diapers to be shipped to the hospital. Then you won't be worrying about not having enough. You can ask hospital personnel now about getting the diapers to your house if they arrive after you are discharged.
