started wearing "abena abri san premium and abri man special either 21 count or 28 count [ a lighter pad ] full coverage because heavy pads were not containing all my urine , bonus if I have a fecal event , this way I can rest most all night with no urine leakage . day time pads work ok .

Have you ever tried an adult nappy they are fantastic if you have bladder and bowel problems

I Use pads inside underwear sometimes depending what is going on. Briefs are necessary at night though.

You may find the brief is better at containing things and may also be more comfortable as they do t move around very much either

That's the problem with pant pads they move to much and when I wore them I ended up wet
