Best diapers for me?

I have read many recommendations for diapers here, but I have been extremely reluctant to try a new brand.

I am a woman in my mid-60s, UI for many years, currently use Always Discreet Underwear Max/Heavy Leak. I wear two pairs all the time, and almost always leak through at night and often during the day.

I tried meds, but they didn't work. I don't want to try Botox.

Please help me choose a more absorbent brand. Thank you for your suggestions.

Pull-ups never have the capacity of tape on diaper I use the plastic back tape on diaper the plastic back sag less and contain odors better I am currently using the Molicare slip maxis and before I was using the confidry 24/7's

In my opinion nothing tops the confidry 24/7’s but Northshore makes great products and they are my go to for daytime wear

I would suggest going to hdis.com and ordering their sample box. It is like 10$ and has around 10-20 different brands in it. Great for trying out a bunch of different brands without wasting money. There is two pair of each brand of diaper or pull-up in the box.

I still work. I'm not on a fixed income.

Thank you for all of the suggestions, everyone, and helping me get over the hump of trying something new.

Northshore will send free samples I recently tried the Megamax wish I could afford to use them regularly

Another alternative that I have found best suits me are from Tye Medical I use tape on diapers at night and pull-ups for daytime. I use their 2 part system in both which insists of the diaper or pull-up with a shaped pad. This both saves $$'s and help with absorbency. If you go to tyemedical.com you can get samples
Good luck

I always wear a pair of plastic pants over my diapers it will help with any leaks. I also wear cloth diapers which I know not everyone wants to wear but they won’t leak. If you want a good disposable diaper you can get free samples from northshorecare.com

Hi I wear abena l4 at night and during the day also wear north shore supreme too both work perfect some noise but ok also wear always pull-ups when I go to the gym other diapers are too bulky

I highly recommend Northshore. I use their Megamax with a Booster at Night and GoSupremes during the day.

@ boasammy

North Shore 'Mega-Max'
Confi-Dry '24/7'

'Rearz' also has some (claimed) hyper absorbent diapers.

Combine any of the above with insert flow-thru boosters to increase capacity.

Use diaper covers, such as plastic, vinyl, laminate or rubber pants as extra insurance.

It seems the mail order sources deliver the most effective products for incontinence
(at least compared to many store brands or off-the-shelf purchases).
