Best cotton briefs to hold pads in place

That's exactly it, Tim! I really don't know why the Tenas were designed that way. It's a really poor fit and mismatches the anatomy big time! And they do stop short and don't give any coverage in back of the underwear. Looking back on it just wearing the little pads do cause more aggravation and worry than just swallowing your pride and doing the pull-ups. In the winter and at other times with cooler weather, I use the pads in the morning after I get up and before I shower and get dressed to go out for the day (wearing the pull-ups). Since we don't think much of the Tena pad, most of the others I have tried are fine. Depend is a good choice and I sometimes get them from CVS, wal-Mart etc. It all depends on what's on sale.
