Being active and sports??

Curious here.

My issue is with occasional bedwetting (2-3 times a month or less) but I have been curious as to how people with day issues deal with being active in sports. I love to mt bike, hike and kayak. Since my issue is at night only my only worry, when I go on a trip to go mt biking, hiking or kayaking, is wetting a hotel bed. But as I think about it, if I had day issues how would I cope with it and my active life.

So for those active people with day issues, how do you deal with potential of day accidents and staying involved in the sports you love?

Anyone mt bike, hike or kayak in Florida? Happy to ride, walk, or paddle with you.

I’m an active 45 yr old and I manage it with either a good liner or a thin cloth style backed diaper, depending how long I’ll be in the activity. Yes it gets sweaty and irritating but there are creams you can use to help with the chaffing as well. You just have to experiment and find what works for you.

I use the molicare mobile underwear for working out. They hold up to movement and are absorbent enough for leakage during exercise.

I bike a lot. I wear spandex underwear over a plastic backed diaper. Slides better and helps keep the seat from wearing through the padding.

I have not heard of the molicare mobile. Would it work for bedwetting too, do you think?

I don't know if I would trust a pull up for bedwetting. It might work for you, but I rely on a tape style.brief at night

Got ya, I don't tend to totally pee the bed when I bedwet. Back in my late teens early 20's GoodNites worked for me. I was a skinny dude back then LOL.
