Working with IC

Hello Gentleman - Since the NAFC has separated anything to do with IC into "Topic" pages - which makes sense on a certain level - it does prevent anyone from helping even if the topic does not apply to them personally. - I have decided to stick to the General Discussion page, rather than jumping around trying to find everyone that I knew before the change. - I don't know if you check the new posts on the GD page - but there are two young men who have written in for advice on getting their first job and the other seems new to IC, and how to deal with work. - Do any of you men have any practical/encouraging advice for them? I think there is a list of new posts to check. I feel bad for both of them. - Anyone? - Pam - P.S I miss my familiar mates.

While I was a member for some years before the switch to the new forums, there were many people who were here much longer and more active. The transition was handled poorly and amateurish. Consequently, people felt insulted and devalued as a customer so, they left. Something I don’t believe NAFC understood and lost many ambassadors.

Maybe reaching out to them may help you to reconnect or invite them back.
