Dear NAFC Message Board Users,

As you know, we at NAFC occasionally partner with organizations working to bring new products and technologies to market. We have partnered with an organization that is developing a new tool for women with OAB - CeCe.

CeCe is a virtual bladder health coach (i.e., chatbot) designed by healthcare providers and pelvic health experts to engage you in an interactive 5-day coaching experience. CeCe is trained to educate, motivate, and support you in managing your most bothersome bladder symptom (i.e., frequency, urgency, nocturia, or leaking).

Who They’re Looking For

The company, Renalis, a Chicago-based digital pelvic health company, has developed the tool, named CeCe, and is looking to put it to the test to see how users interact with it, and how it might be improved. Specifically, they are looking for the following:
• Individuals between the ages of 45-75 years old
• Assigned female at birth
• Own a smartphone with internet access

If you qualify, you will participate in a 5-day virtual interaction with CeCe, a personalized bladder health coach. All participants in the 5-day experience will have the opportunity to win a $100 virtual VISA gift card.

What will be included in the 5-day interaction?
Each day, CeCe will prompt you to participate in a 5-7 minute chat conversation directly through your smartphone. Your coaching experience will include personalized, bite-sized lessons on how your bladder works, foods & drinks that may be irritating your bladder, and tips & techniques to practice so that you can take back control of your bladder. At the end of each daily interaction, you will be asked to provide feedback on CeCe and how helpful her lesson was that day. All of the information and data collected through CeCe will be de-identified and protected and will not be shared with anyone other than the internal product development team.

Why should I participate in this interaction?
CeCe is designed to help individuals gain knowledge, confidence, and motivation to manage their most bothersome bladder symptoms. The goal is for all participants to benefit from their CeCe coaching experience. Your participation in this 5-day interaction will also improve CeCe for future research studies and other patients and consumers affected by commonly experienced bladder symptoms and conditions like overactive bladder.

Please consider participating in this research experience! It’s an easy, no risk & unique opportunity to learn more about your bladder.
