So there is a really bright street light outside of my apartment. I rolled over and looked at my Google display and thought it was 4am. Well a few minutes later my dad called me and wanted me to bring my car up so he could look at it and make sure I don't need parts.

Yeah not the first time I woke up and thought it was night and not day.

I worked overnights for 22 years and had many years of day vs night confusion and took many years off my life lol. Try to darken the room and keep it quiet and that helps but nothing will be foolproof
