What is the most absorbent diaper for sleep?

Three excellent overnight diapers are Rearz Inspire+ InControl, ConfiDry 24/7, and BetterDry.

For night, when traveling, I wear Depends Real Fits. Also if a long flight where I might fall asleep I wear them too. (Though have never wet on a plane while wearing them) By your post I suspect they may not be absorbent enough for your son.

My advice is to have him try different products and find one that works for all situation.

So...I received a few samples & am waiting on more. I tried the Northshore AirSupreme on my son, and you really need something over it so it doesn’t fall down from the weight of it. The medium booster pad was a mess when it got wet. We’ll try the MegaMax next.
