The least they could do is use a bit of lube before they stick it to me... Again my GI doctor my have messed my claim up. That is it and I told my patient advocate that I will be there tomorrow if this is not fixed. I am giving them today but at this point that GI doctor is done.... My mother called our family lawyer and left him a message asking who he knows that I can speak to. (This lawyer has been working with my parents apartment business for 30 years so)

The insurance company is showing that there is a conflict between doctors and my GI about if I can work. After going over everything with my GI on 10/23 and explaining that I have been out of work for severe pain, fatigue, and multiple accidents a day since September she still sent my insurance company a statement saying that I have no physical limitations and I am cleared to be back to work full time, without any limitations. WTH... Like hello dumb lady but you did not listen at all. Did not do your job. My Patient advocate is reaching out to both her and my PCP because she is like WTH is going on with your care. You have been told not to work by two PCP's, Three PA-C and two physical therapists. And your GI is telling your insurance that your good to go.

And that does not make any since because of all the records for what is going on with you. My advocate is very upset and understands that I will be ant the GI office tomorrow if this does not get fixed.

Keep at it. I can tell by following your posts that the noose is tightening, it's circling the drain. That allows everyone involved to focus on fewer issues and in more complete manner.

I've seen something similar but mine procedure was not as extensive. Basically I was told that most return to work with a stent placed in bladder to kidney. It causes urgency and possibly incontinence. Which if did for me big time.Had I not been on cov id 19 laid off. I would have told them, heck no! With adult pull ups I might have because of my job I'm not around a lot of people. But for someone not used to those issues it can be socially devaststing. So keep fighting.

It just amazes me how much red tape there is in in the healthcare system and the lack of sympathy they have towards their patients, fortunately there are some good doctors out there its just so hard to find one.

Well you know, @LiveLifeJR, health care is now big business and the attitude is the more patients we have, the more money we can make. And when a business gets overwhelmed with patients, there Is a proportionate increase in red tape and a proportionate decrease in sympathy. And even mixed up in those huge healthcare "mills" there are still good doctors but you've got to "luck into" one.
Long gone are the days when your doctor had his office in a house on the corner and he and a couple of other doctors had their hospital in a converted house on the other side of town. Instead the local hospital is now usually one of the city's largest employers.
