I guess I don't have to worry about people that follow me knowing that I have incontinence anymore Instagram's new update shows everyone how follow you any reels that you like. So if you like a reel about an incontinence product all your followers will see it.

And there is no way to block it at this point.

Thanks. The only fix is returning to the Instagram reel you liked and disliked. Luckily it was a funny video so not likely everyone will find out but I did have to go back to all the reels that I liked and unlike them.

Which is stupid. They should make a way for it not to show up.

I agree. If you haven't already, check your Instagram privacy setting. There might be something you can turn on or off.
