Wearing a onesie (perfect)

@Rowan123 yah for sure! I wear them now because for one, the diaper stays in place and does not move...I am a crazy sleeper and move around all the time. I would look at the dry fit ones you can find and ones that are tank tops....

A lot of them look like they are for adult babies but if you look for onesies that are for people with incontinence or special needs you will be able to get normal ones

@Dkscray255 yeah, I did notice that. Crazy that there seems to be more childlike patterns than there are plain colours.

I ran into the same shopping problems with the style, thickness and ridiculous patterns available. If you want a cheaper option that works just as good try searching “bodysuit” instead of onesie. I needed an option to keep my ostomy Bag secure, provide added protection from a blowout, and comfortable to sleep in. a bodysuit not only worked great but they could be purchased for under $15.

@Dkscray255 it went well! No leaks. The diaper stayed in place. I found all 3 of my T-shirt onsies so I’ll be using them at nighttime. I gotta figure out what I did with my sleeveless ones so I can use them during the day. Right now I just wear pul pants and hope for the best. Hahahaha

I have multiple brands and types. Onsie fabric can be tricky. Anything that is not 100% cotton increases my already sweaty state. Tykables as mentioned above has what I have found to be the best. I've purchased the "Romper" style to minimize chaffing. Sizing was straight forward. These are 95% cotton and 5% lycra. The only 100% cotton one I have is from ABU. The fabric is great, but not being a romper style, I chaf. I work most days in shirt and tie. Some days scrubs. On the scrub days, they give me a bit of security from exposure. At this point in my incontinent career, if my diapers are exposed, oh well.
