Anybody had any experience taking Vibegron(Gemtesa)? Effectiveness? Side Effects?

Definitely didn’t work for me. The side effect of “dry mouth” really translates to “gum and tooth decay.”

I had an AUS implanted in June 2023. After activation in August 2023, I still had urges to urinate almost every hour, which my urologist said were from OAB stemming from my salvage radiation for prostate cancer. So, he put me on Gemtesa/Vibregon, which has really helped. Some nights, for example, I’m in bed 7+ hours without needing to pee. During the day, I’ve gone as long as 4 hours on car trips without stopping for the bathroom. Granted, that’s just one data point for one person.
