I am fortunate enough to have The Univ. of VA. Women's Pelvic medicine department near me. I've been told I could try some of the newer meds (oxybutinin did not work 8 yera ago) and therapy with the Urostym

While I have not personally used it before, I would say it looks like it is worth a shot. I have seen similar devices used, and while they cannot guarantee results, I am hoping it helps you. If you would like, please keep us posted I am very curious.
