Urine leak

I have had urinary incontinence for several years.

Lately, I have been bed-ridden and the urine leaks on my scrotum causing a stinging that is very bad.:(

I only drink bottled water. I have tried various diapers to no avail. How can I protect myself here?

Thanks

Ron

Try a benadryl cream with zinc oxide in it. Coat affected areas for both treatment and protection. Then get a depends max pad and put in diaper. It absorbs urine better

Hi Ron,
Maybe try using a condom catheter. That will allow your skin to heal a bit. Make sure to use some good zinc oxide ointment on your scrotum in the mean time. It will help allot.

Hi @audit2, Those suggestions sound good. If you can, a condom catheter may be useful to help promote healing in the area just by keeping the urine off. And by using the ointments the healing may take just a few days. Have you ever use a condom catheter before?
If there are still no results, then ask us again and everyone here will figure something out. That's one of the good things on this forum

Hi Ron,

Try coating your scrotum in a Zinc based cream such as Sudocreme or Cavillon. Those are 2 great creams that will help you. Also, try to drink plenty of water through the day, like 2 or 3 litres,(unless you have a heart problem and are on restricted fluids), this will help neutralize your urine acidity.

Sorry, I just read all the other answers after I replied. At least we are all on the same wave length. Jim's reply is great as the urine will be concealed in the sheath. I use these because I used to get so sore between the legs and hated feeling wet all the time in diapers.
