Urethral Syndrome

I was curious if anyone else here has this, and what issues it causes for them? Bonus question of how bad are your leaks with this condition? Thank you.

From what I know and have experienced Urethral Syndrome is where the tissues in the Urethra get enflamed and cause spasms. In my case, from using indwelling catheters for many years and staying very active my urethra & sphincters are very scarred causing painful spasms that feel like someone just shoved an ice pick through my undercarriage….
The amount of leakage can be as varied as there are people here on this forum, it’s a very generalized term for any inflammation in the lower urinary tract & prostate. In my case the incontinence is from my bladder spasming at will, and the sphincters not holding closed, the Urethral Syndrome is caused by the damage from the catheters and tools put through that small pipe. It can even be as simple as an infection. I would get further clarification.
