I know, other states have it worse.

But I have been running my AC for days now due to this heat wave here in PA.

Everything is bothering me and I cannot get outside due to the heat.

I got to spend time next month working on myself and getting doctor appointments set up but right now I just want to stay in the AC.

And this heat is affecting how my body is reacting to the medications that I am taking to keep my bowels cleaned out. I have been peeing like a racehorse every day and that worries me because I am not having BM's as I should with the meds I am taking.

Worst, is that I need to get more stuff done but feel like crap so I don't want to do it.

I agree, anything over 75’F sucks, and it’s 100+’F here in SLC all week! BLECK!

My bro is doing okay. He is off all meds but has to figure out what he can and cannot eat now.

Luckily for him, his Army Job is more in the background. The downside is that he may be pulled to another unit and moved if he is deemed non-deployable.
