Hi all,
I am part of a group of university students studying women's pelvic health. Our team is exploring ways to better support women who experience stress urinary incontinence (SUI). This condition affects about 1 in 3 women and is characterized by unintentional urine leakage during everyday activities like exercising, coughing, or sneezing. We would love to hear from women who have experienced leakage to better understand their perspectives, challenges, and current approaches to managing symptoms.
