Its been around a long time and is an accepted treatment. Its goes under the "Cyberknife " name and others.
From what I know there is no clear choice . Both have their + -
The treatment is available in most major centers, Mayo,MSK, NYU etc.
NYU Langone merged with Winthrop in NY . They have had many years of experience.
The negative effects of the radiation approach take a lot longer to show up. Long term survival rates are similar.
