Small bladder vs OAB

My last doctor visit, the doctor said I had a small bladder and meatal stenosis. He said this is more than likely my primary issue. Has anyone here had dilation done? Also what is the difference between a small bladder and over active bladder. I’m not incontinent. My issue is bedwetting and it seems to continually progress to more frequent accidents. Even if I double void or if I wake up once and then go back to sleep it may happen. Granted I don’t stay well hydrated but I feel like water exacerbates my issue. And causes my bladder to feel like it has a burning sensation. I’ve also started chiropractic care this month for my issue and I’m not sure if the adjustments are over stimulating my bladder or if my bladder is just doing what it wants. Also has anyone tried AZO Bladder control go less?

I’ve had urinary issues all my life. Constant bedwetting. Daytime accidents. I never got to a urologist until I was 25 and the diagnosis at the time was hypogonadism, although I don’t know if that would hold today. I have an underdeveloped bladder (very small) and the sphincter won’t close. That was in the 1980s and the only treatment I pursed was meds. None worked and I simply managed with pads and adult diapers. I was offered a surgical option but I declined - I’d rather wear a diaper.
