Im 64 male 15 months past RP. Has anyone here had to get a prostetic for erection and im Wondering is it a natural feeling when pumped up. I DONT like how it feels after shot
My other question is im pretty dry stress leaks only maybe 1 small pad a day. But I orgasm urine my doctors seem confused has a yone had this that can share their experience and did it go to dry orgasm after time?

@Daddyrod Emptying your bladder before sex should minimize leakage. I personally will leak urine if I orgasm without an erection. When I achieve a semi erection I tend not to leak urine.

I am told that there could be a few drops of urine Horgan but so far it has not happened!
But erections don’t happen either!

It takes quite a while to get used to a vacuum pump but the results are worth it. There isn't normally much time elapsed between pumping up and completing intimacy for urine to accumulate, but yes it would be good to get fully dry. Plenty of incentive here I think.
