Hello Forum,
A prompt reply is another example of a well run organization. Copied below is the reply to my email (posted earlier as APPEAL FOR HELP) from Mr. Gregg, executive director of NAFC.
I want to make notice of AEROFLOW UROLOGY whose banner appears at the top of our forum. I regret I had never opened or read its contents. I suggest we all read their website at aeroflowurology.com/nafc

Thank you for the kind words. We hope we are helping, but we never know for sure. We completely understand the challenges and have tried to communicate to Medicare-Medicaid but with little progress. That said we will continue to try and engage in a conversation.
We also want you to know that several of our trusted parents are helping provide support and information on support from Medicare and Medicaid. We will be launching new information from Aeroflow shortly about support and helping with incontinence. While there remains a cost, they can help. Stay tuned.
Thank you again and I will see that the Board gets your letter.
