Are the two main surgeries for incontinence still AUS and Sling? And which seems to produce better results?

I believe they are but there are other options

What I’ve been reading use a :
Sling for mild to moderate incontinence
AUS for severe incontinence - may need to be replaced in 10 years
Both have excellent results
I’m trying to find out how long doctors wait to do either procedure
I’m thinking 1 year of no improvement- Kegals, physical therapist, medicine etc
Good luck on your search
I’m new to this group too and this is a great group to find information
