Does anyone used cotton pull-ups?I used to use Veeda pantiliners but they don’t make pull-ups with cotton. My urogynecologist recommended that cotton is best; however she didn’t specify a brand.

Cotton pull-ups are probably the reusable kind. They are difficult to find, and if you do, aren't cheap. Try fetware.com. They have helped me in the past and may be able to help you.

I haven't tried their products I find $65.00/per pant a bit cost prohibitive but this site has cloth pullups https://superundies.com/

I guess it depends on what is meant by "pull-ups" but I like this brand very much. The padding, however, is all in the front, none in the perineum area or back. I wear them with liners so I don't have to constantly be washing them. Very comfortable, and resemble normal underwear. Available in white and black.
