I typically don't have any issues with my diaper chafing my thighs when wearing shorts, but find irritation when I'm wearing sweats and form fitted pants or leggings.
I'm an SCI survivor but have fully recovered beyond my neurological issues including sciatica, lower back pain, and urinary incontinence.
That being said, I'm relatively active and try to walk three to five miles a day. And some days up to 10 mi if I have time at least once a week.
I've done 5k and 10K marathons, But usually use trainer shorts that have a mesh insert to support the diaper. I don't remember having much irritation back then.
Does anyone have any remedies or suggestions to prevent these rashes?
