I typically wear 3 and sometimes 4 flat gauze 36 x 36 heavyweight diapers. I lay one diaper flat on the bed. I take another diaper (sometimes 2 for night) and fold it in thirds and kax

I fold it in thirds and lay it front to back as a soaker. Another diaper is laid flat on top. The sides are folded over then unfolded at what will be the back. I sit on the diaper, pull it up between my legs, and unfold the front. Then both sides are pinned, back to front, on the sides.

My plastic are all high rise pull on style. The pants need to fully cover the diaper.

This is a thick diaper but the gauze fabric is very comfortable and I’m comfortable, even after many hours of wetting.
