I had my one year visit today (13 months) since my post operative catheter was removed. The good news is my psa is till undetectable. I had 4+3 cancer and 3+3 cancer with extraprostatic extension. However the pathology showed negative margins and 13 negative lymph nodes.
99% continent. Leak a little with exertion (coughing bad, sudden unexpected sneeze). I use a pad at night because I am not wise enough to not drink close to bed time. Seldom leak at night but it has happened.
My major concern at this point is ED. One little caveat to go with that, I leak when I feel aroused. Anyone on here found a solution for that problem? I had a urine flow and output test today with ultrasound to follow. I am emptying as normal. The doctor encouraged kegels to help with the arousal and leaking. Any ideas?
