Gauze diaper user here to manage my incontinence. I also use disposable diapers as well. I have to say that gauze diapers are the best. I manage well with using prefolds, contours, flats, and “ all in one” diapers. Only use two diaper pins (one on each side) along with vinyl (aka rubber pants). Yes there is a lot of work with the laundering but it’s not that difficult. You do spend a lot of money up front but you will save money in a long run year after year. I use Adult Cloth Diaper diapers as well as Changing Times Diaper Company diapers. Unfortunately Changing Times Diapers are no longer being stocked. Another good cloth diaper at Rearz prefolds and snap on gauze diapers. I do use disposables when out of the house and have been incorporating using cloth outside of the house as well. It’s much easier to change a disposable diaper when out and about rather than changing out a cloth diaper. I’m a new member here as of today and looking forward to joining in on posts here.
