Tell 'em.
I went to NACF, didn't find a "contact us", so I went to something on the order of "about us". From there, I clicked the email for someone like CEO, but the Board members are listed. If the CEO passes it to his secretary, that person will know how to rout it!
"Do you want to talk to the boss, or to someone who knows what they are doing?" Hehehehehe.
