My Recent Health Issues

This could wind up being a long story! About a month ago, I went to the emergency room. I thought I was having a stroke or some other Emergency. It turned out I was not, but the Emergency Room Doctor found that from 5 years ago, when I was hospitalized with COVID-19 for 31/2 weeks and intubated for a portion of my stay. The Doctors found a Mass on my Bladder and an aneurysm on my Aorta. MY GP Doctor missed this; he never said anything to me about any of this, and it was in my file. The Emergency Room Doctor told me to call my doctor the next day. When I opened my medical file the next day, in big block letters was a reference to everything the doctor and I had spoken about. My doctor started with a Urologist, and I got in no time and was examined and scheduled for surgery on my bladder. My bladder was over half full of cancer and was removed. But Incontinence was workable for daytime with a heavy-duty nighttime Pull-Up that I wore during the day. I now wear a Diaper with a Booster Pad and Plastic Pants, as my daytime wetting is now my brain, you have to go potty, and about 10 seconds, I am wetting my diaper. My life and the diaper use are still manageable. I work 3 days a week. As for the heart aneurysm, I see the doctor in a couple of weeks and will ask to see a cardiologist. Why did my GP miss this? I have no idea, but we are moving forward in life. This is just to let you know that our doctors are human. In his defense, he came on board a few months before Covid-19 overtook the world, and he did not think to look back in my file; he will now. I am hoping my now 24/7 Incontinence is only temporary, once my body finishes all its healing has only been a week and a half since the surgery.
