I have pretty severe lumbar stenosis. I have had a lumbar steroid injection which didn't help. The procedure invloves injecting heat to destroy nerve tissue and stop pain signals from reaching your brain. This is a minimaly invasive procedure, but requires three different appointments. There is no gurantee that it will work. My main concern is if it could make my incontinence worse. The area in my spine that would be targeted is in the RL4-5 and L5-S1. If anyone has had any experience with this kind of procedure any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
