Hi I'm new to this group and I'm urinary incontinent.

My incontinence is permanent. Im healthy and have no spinal damage. I just got a suprapubic catheter a few months ago and it has been a life changer. No more superabsorbent diapers, and indwelling catheters. I actually feel continent and comfortable. Seems others have issues with a suprapubic catheter, but for me it has changed my life for the better. I know I'm going to have to be catheterized for the rest of my life. I have to use a bag instead of a valve because I can't feel if my bladder is full. I've no sensation which is probably why I don't feel bladder spasms.
