Glad to be here. Next week I'm going to have a laser two incisions Sphincterectomy to my external urinary sphincter. The decision took elect the procedure was carefully thought out. My case is unique because I've no spinal injuries. The nerves are damaged and this could allow me to not use an indwelling catheter.
