@Billy7 There is a time and a place for cloth and I'll continue to hold out for that option. My cloth supplies date back to a hospital supply outlet that has since gone out of business. I must have two dozen from that era, though I cannot place a brand name to my old supply of cloth diapers. Their size is quite large, too, and they've occasionally served me well.
@Jimmyjames Yes, good old COMCO seemed to have been a favorite of many up until 8 or 10 years ago when they closed shop. I've stopped by there in person a few times (St. Paul, MN) to pick up my order. Several of their vinyl 'covers' have lasted me to this day and that speaks well of their quality. COMCO was a small business that served a 'niche' market not only with incontinence wear, but also specialty clothing for youth and adults. I believe only their incontinence items were offered at retail and all else was wholesale marketing.
My question is: What would any of you consider a suitable replacement for the quality that COMCO offered in their durable vinyl pull up, snap-side or bloomer style incontinence pants?
Recent replacement orders of plastic pants, now for non-COMCO products, does not offer the same durabiity and fit comfort. I'd tried products such as GARY, Leak-Master and Lange and a few from L.L. Medico. Also, not all offer a high-back fit which I consider essential for sleeping or even extended daytime wear.
Overall, I would estimate the ratio of my disposable to cloth diaper use time at about 30:1. Still, I often use vinyl covers with disposable pullup or heavier tape-on incontinence gear.
