Hello. My name is Kay I am 43 yo woman. Been dealing with incontinence all my life. It has caused me to feel depressed, embarrassed, and shame from different experiences through my life. As an adult I now feel ok about things but still deal with the scars of my childhood and teen years. That said I have found reasonable ways to deal with incontinence both emotionally and physically. I am happy to find a site like this to be able to receive and give support. Nice to not be alone. Please feel free to message anytime.
