Hey folks. Its been a while since I posted or was active at all.

I'm Adam and I'm 31yrs old. I'm a life long bedwtter and just since the last two years have been diagnosed with OAB and urge incontinence. I wear protection to bed every night and pretty often during the day to keep my leaks managed.

I'm glad to be back!
