Greetings, I have a 16 year old son with profound autism. He has a lot of daytime and nighttime urinary incontinence. We have tried many many products, disposable and resusable, and in various combinations (even multiple layers of different products). One big issue is that as a teen boy he “adjusts” a lot and this ends up with his penis directed toward the leg hole and it just goes out the side. Therefore the absorbent pouch doesn’t do anything at all. We can’t possibly catch every single attempt at “adjustment.” We also have him wear a wrestling singlet to try to keep things in place but this does not entirely work.
I’ve never found a product that has absorbent material going out to the sides of leg cuffs. They all depend on the cuff or pouch being able to keep the penis contained. Is there anything that exists which contains absorbent material or multiple layers out around the sides and legs?
