Okay - fluffing diaper hack? - Can't wait to try it. So we begin IC related or not.
One of my best life hacks that I learned years ago with young children, but is a salvation for adults as well.
THE VICKS TRICK
From a Mom who didn't want to give her young children OTC medicine
Got a nasty cold/cough?
Take a shower/bath
Slather the bottom of your feet with Vicks.
Don't be stingy, but you don't have to be gloppy either
Put on a pair of white socks - and those thousands of pores in your feet will give you a peaceful night's rest with no coughing - No more need to slug Vicks Nightquill. It’s like 26% alcohol anyway - The Vicks trick work, and they even have Baby Vicks now. - Pam

I love it!
I’ve never heard that one about Vicks on the bottom of feet.
I know I’m going to try that now..
Fluffing diaper in dryer, yes know that one.
I have put Vicks on my chest, or on a cloth and put in my pillow case, as well as putting Vicks on a cotton ball and placing it in your ear for sinus issues, plugged or aching ear.

@JoeAK - I KNOW ME TOO! My Mom used to put it on our chests or a glob in the humidifier. - I was dieing to try it. FINALLY someone got a cold and a cough. - Sounds terrible to say I know. BAD MOMMY! - I kid you not it worked like a charm! Just FYI - there are 2000 pores per foot. - Pam
