Hey m officially in my mid 30’s and tbh it wasn’t the best day and not really a good birthday as a whole. But on the positive side is I cheated death for another year. Woot.

I hope you have a good year ahead and to make up for what you thought was a not so hot birthday, treat yourself to something extra special because........well just because you deserve it!!!! So do something fun!! And enjoy being in your mid 30s!! As they all say, it is what you make of it!!!

Happy belated birthday! I’ve had some rough birthdays myself so I know what it’s like. But I’m 44 now and been incontienent since 2015 and it does get better! Keep your chin up
