Felt incontinence getting worse today

Today I can feel my bladder incontinence getting worse and had many hard bladder spasms. more accidents than ever before.

As you reflect on your incontinence, have there been days that you remember your incontinence getting worse?

Flare-up days seem to come in waves. Stress, fatigue, even just a bad night of sleep can make symptoms spike without warning. I remember days where spasms were stronger and accidents more frequent, then things settled again. It doesn’t mean the baseline permanently shifted, even though it really feels like it in the moment.

mine various from day to day. there are days and even several days in a row that i am wetting like crazy only very brief moments of dryness after a diaper change. i am usually a heavy wetter due to my bladder holding little bit i do have those days of always being wet. sometime i think the older i get the more my incontinence gets worse
