Anyone try innovo or one of the other types of electric stemulation after prostate surgery? And if yes did it help.

Not many approved for males. Yes Estim definitely works and I know some have used it for men too. Its a matter of comfort and how easy it is to use. The typical estim had been anal probes for men. ELITONE makes it super easy and localized. The shorts are a pain to put on and you arent supposed to move.

When I went in for my six-week follow-up I asked the urologist if he'd recommend electric shorts as a good alternative to doing Kegels and he wouldn't. I suppose he's seen people come out of incontinence without using electric shorts and if incontinence isn't cleared up within a year electric stimulation may be a legitimate treatment.

Electric Stimulation definitely helps and is routinely prescribed in Canada by both physiotherapists and urologists. Plenty of science and information here:
