Diaper covers/boosters making things worse

So I’ve noticed when I wear a cover or booster I leak. Sometimes not but most of the time. I experimented with just a pair of boxers and shorts and had no leaks. For bed tonight I’m experimenting with just a tshirt bodysuit/onsie. Random thoughts wish me luck.

Some boosters swell a lot and it makes liquids go over the leak guards. If a cover is too tight it’s possible that it’s pressing the leak guards down and liquid is flowing over.

Well I woke up this morning with absolutely no leaks. I think I’ll ditch the booster pad/diaper cover and stick with a bodysuit

It's funny how we are all different and have a unique way of managing incontinence. I have seen this evidence on a website and it backs up what you say.

When I used to wear pads, I found I always leaked at the back of my legs and always wore a tight pair of underpants over the top of the pad.

It's a case of sticking to what works for you in these situations and I am pleased you have found a solution to this problem. Here's to a good night's sleep!
