Cloth to Replace Disposable

I currently wear Depend flex fit or real fit with a pad due to over active bladder, urge incontinence, and enlarged prostate.I have recently retired and am looking for cloth protection to reduce expenses and landfill waste. I want to avoid using pin up diapers. I would like a pull up brief or one with snaps or Velcro. Please offer suggestions that work for you. Thanks

llmedico has them. Fetware.com should be able to help, but you probably have to order minimum of six. Mountain view products have them, but they are pricey. These diapers will need plastic pants over them.
