Botox

For me, it's usually around five days to really start helping. The first day or two after an injection, in very sore, and then I get two or three days where it seems like nothing has been done before or starts improving. After that, it seems to improve quickly, so it's probably day 8 or so for it so hit maximum effect for me.

Around 10 days, +/-, as well; the window my uro said it would. The results faded in a similar way after about 3-4 months.

And as @ltapilot stated,I was sore for the first couple days from the scope and injections.

What good is a treatment that only last for a few months and have to deal with soreness every time you get injected.

It literally takes my urologist two minutes to finish. There's some minor discomfort after but then up to 6 months of "normalcy". I'll do it as long as my Urologist deems me fit to do so.

Thanks, I'll consider that as an option but if I'm told surgery would result in high rate of success for me I will go that way. I don't mind wearing Depends when I sleep but I would love to prevent the release of any urine when I'm awake. I want to wear boxers again during the day. Might never happen but it's something to shoot for.
